Our great desire is to help you invest wisely in African ministries that make a difference.

We trust that through this site you have come to feel our passion for helping Africans to do what God has called them to do. By providing targeted, one-time projects we can boost their ministries to a whole new level without creating a dependency on foreign funds. We’ve tried to illustrate the diversity of projects that we support—a variety of countries and ministries—but we’ve only scratched the surface! Here’s how you can help:

• Pray for our African colleagues and their ministries. When you sign up to receive our newsletters, we’ll keep you informed about current prayer requests.

• Give to Heart of Africa. When you choose to donate to Heart of Africa, you are doing more than helping to support our ministry. You are training pastors in Uganda, educating street kids in Zambia, providing water for children in Malawi, planting churches in Togo, and much more.

Your gift goes a long way toward helping African leaders achieve their dreams, and fully 100% of your donation goes to its designated purpose. (Individual donors, churches, and foundations support our staff, travel to Africa, and overhead expenses.)

Heart of Africa has three giving tracks: designated projects; staff support; and “where needed most.” To send a check, use this coupon to communicate your wishes.

There are other ways to donate to ministries in Africa, and to the staff and “back office” operations that make it all happen:

• Donate a vehicle. Heart of Africa will arrange for collection of the vehicle, all DMV documentation, and sale of the vehicle.  You will not have to deal with selling a used vehicle and will be entitled to a tax deduction.

• Donate Stock.  Stock donated directly to Heart of Africa enables you to give without incurring capital gains tax.

• Planned Giving.  There are many ways to donate through planned giving, such as:
  • Endowments
  • Charitable Gift Annuity
  • Charitable Lead Trust
  • Donor Advised Funds
